Portfolio Slicer was created by VidasSoft Systems Inc. Our company specializes in building data warehouse solutions using Microsoft technologies: SQL Server, Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services (SSAS) and PowerPivot. Our company is located in Toronto, Canada.

The Primary Software Architect and Developer of this company is Vidas Matelis(blog | twitter). From 2008 till 2018 Vidas Matelis has received the annual Microsoft SQL Server MVP award . In 2011 Vidas Matelis achieved "SSAS Maestro" certification , the highest certification available to prove the depth of technical experience with Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services. At the beginning of 2012 there were just about 40 people in the world (just one in Canada) who passed all of the SSAS Maestro certification requirements. The main tool used to build Portfolio Slicer is PowerPivot, a software that is very closely related to Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
