schema.ini tells Excel how to interpret the external text files Portfolio Slicer loads into the model.

It is not report data itself, but it is essential for correct import behavior.

This file is created by PowerShell script PSDataExtract\Scripts\PSMakeAllDataFiles.ps1. This is a static file, that is created with the same data during every load.
